I haven't gotten around to downloading it, I heard it was a big improvement over Vista though (though, that doesnt say too much). I do need to try it out... I need to buy another HD, getting too lazy now-a-days.

For drawing really little pictures for games
Windows 7 seems a lot better... I like the new taskbar, though it's a bit hard to tell what is an opened icon and what is just there for quick access. I hope they change the coloring or something between the two. The Home Network/more built-upon networking features seem really cool, but I won't be able to test them out for awhile until I have more time.
