IRVING – When the Dallas Cowboys open the season at Cleveland on Sept. 7, Adam Jones will be allowed to play. Jones on Thursday was fully reinstated by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell because the suspended cornerback did not have any off-field transgressions since being allowed to participate in practices since June.
